Please continue to pray for Ben Vanderwerff. He had his third round of chemo on Tuesday, December 4, and he is doing okay, but has been very tired this week.

Please pray for SueAnn Yazzie as she continues to recover from diagnostic surgery on her lung. Pray for a good diagnosis and speedy recovery.

Please pray for Colby Touchine and the Daniel family as their mother and Grandmother has gone home to be with the Lord. She will be missed and the family loves you all for your prayers.

My sister, Rieta Bonner, who just lost her son Adam a year ago, was in a serious car accident on Tuesday. She is suffering from two broken ankles, a fractured shoulder blade and several broken ribs. Her car was totaled and she is in severe pain. My first response is: “What next, Lord? Haven’t they suffered enough?” But I just read in 1 Thess. this week to give thanks in all circumstances. Pretty hard to do sometimes, but I’m sure that if you were to talk to Rieta even at the moment after surgery, in spite of the pain and grogginess, she would say: “Rejoice! Give thanks!” — Lois Harvey
